Job Description

The Lead Waxer is responsible for providing exceptional waxing services while supporting the studio manager in day-to-day operations to maintain our high standards. This role requires a blend of technical skill, attention to detail, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Conduct weekly inventory counts and manage supplies, notifying the manager when stock is low.
• Ensure team members follow up with potential leads and monitor the 1st Time Client Text spreadsheet to maximize client retention.
• Oversee client care forms and conduct touch-ups when necessary to ensure every guest leaves satisfied.
• Conduct weekly cleaning checks to ensure all rooms and common areas meet studio cleanliness standards.
• Conduct monthly meetings with the manager and team to review goals, celebrate achievements, and inspire the team.
• Perform quality checks to maintain the highest service standards.
• Be flexible to pick up shifts as needed and participate in events outside of your normal schedule.

 

Qualifications

• Experience: professional waxing experience required.
• Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
• Customer-Centric Attitude: Passion for providing an outstanding guest experience.
• Must be licensed in the State of Colorado
• Previous team lead or management experience is prefered.
