Using your expertise in skin care you will educate our guests on our services, programs, and products.

Waxing Specialist (Licensed Esthetician/ Cosometologist) Requirements:

• Must have a current esthetician/cosometologist license OR be in the process of obtaining an esthetician/cosometologist license.
• An innate ability to make people feel comfortable, important, and welcome. 
• Perform all Radiant Waxing services for all guests
• Be positive, friendly, upbeat and personable to guests and staff
• Maintain a professional appearance during working hours
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and fixed schedule
• Willing to work flexible days and hours; mornings, nights, at least one weekend day and some holidays (We're closed for all major holidays, ie; Labor day, Memorial day, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas eve, Christmas day and New years day.)
• Ability to connect with guests 
• Maintain clear communication with management about overall salon operations
• Maintain cleanliness of salon and guest suites
• Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time, 3-4+ hours
• Grow guest base with self-marketing and participation in salon marketing initiatives
