LunchboxWax Nampa, now Radiant Waxing, is hiring Licensed Estheticians / Cosmetologist for our Waxing Specialist position!
Our company was founded in Boise, Idaho and is locally owned and operated. We have a “big corporate look with a small business feel.” We have been in since 2010 and have 1,500+ Google Reviews at 5+ stars that will help you build a clientele. Looking for eager Waxologists who are great at connecting with people and are financially motivated! We have also added Lash Lifts + Tints + Brow Laminations to our menu in March for additional opportunities to earn.

- Competitive Pay: Full time wax specialists can make on average from $20-30 hourly but once your clientele is built up, some make over $45+ per hour in summer months as there is no cap on our service scale.

Waxing Specialist Requirements:
- Willing to work flexible days and hours, we are open 8AM-8PM and operate with reduced hours on the weekends. You must be available during our entire hours of operations. This position will be working 4 shifts during the week (2 AMs and 2 PMs) and our shifts run 8AM-2PM & 2PM -8PM, in addition, you will work one weekend shift each weekend. These shifts are Saturday from 8AM-6PM and Sunday from 9AM-5PM. If you are not ok with working one weekend shift all for at least 6-12 months, do not apply.
- Must have a current licensed esthetician / cosmetology license or in the process of obtaining an esthetician or cosmetology license.
- An innate ability to make people feel comfortable, important, safe, and welcome during all services.
- Perform ALL Radiant Waxing services for ALL GENDERS- This is nonnegotiable due to our company values. We teach all services in detail and have a lot of safety/comfort procedures for everyone!
- Be positive, friendly, upbeat and personable to guests and staff
- Maintain a professional appearance during working hours
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Grow guest base with self-marketing and participation in salon marketing initiatives
- We love connecting with students interested in working in the salon and spa industry who are currently attending esthetics or cosmetology school.
- We love speaking to medical estheticians, master estheticians, skin care specialists (licensed estheticians), hair stylists, and anyone in the spa, salon, beauty industry.
