Requirements
Basic Etiquette
• Punctual and respectful of both guests and co-worker’s time.
• Follow uniform rules and guidelines.
Professional look with light makeup, hair properly done, and
appropriate nail length required.
Waxing/Reception Duties/ Salon Experience
• Perform all Radiant Waxing services effectively and efficiently.
• Answer phones with a positive, upbeat energy.
• Acknowledge guests with a smile and shake hand of any new guests.
• Communicate with co-workers regarding schedule changes and guest requests.
• Return phone messages in a timely manner.
• Offer all guests water and use of the restroom.
• Review guest intake form to verify there are no contraindications.
• Lead guest to suite.
• Maintain a clean working environment both in suite and in common areas.
Teamwork
• Participate in team support and ‘The Dance’ with co-workers.
o Offer help whenever there’s a need.
o Support and encourage coworkers with any areas they may struggle.
• Participate in team meetings.
Marketing
• Participate in marketing events outside the salon.
• Participate in individual marketing.
• Participate in brainstorming marketing ideas.

• Maintain positive guest reviews. Unreasonable guests taken into consideration.
• Actively working your books – shrink and combine services whenever possible.
• Tailor and convey guest education information to each guest.
Training/Ongoing Training
• Participate in initial proprietary training program.
• Participate in ongoing training including, but not limited to conference calls, workshops, and
quality checks.
